Make Up Factory - Luxury Glam - Gold Shimmer - Golden Beige

Hello lovelies ! How are you today? A couple weeks ago I received this make up factory nail polishes to review. This two nail polishes belong to the Make Up Factory Luxury Glam Collection. 
Cucu!! Hoje trago-vos dois vernizes espelhados da Make Up Factory. Já os tenho aqui há algumas semanas e tenho estado a testar algumas coisas com eles. Ambos pertencem à colecção Make Up Factory Luxury Glam e são bastante recentes.








#133 - Gold Shimmer 

One coater, this light gold nail polish applies easily on the nail and leaves a bit of brush marks on the end. You can blend them away with a sponge if you'd like. The polish dries in less than 5 mins. The package advises not to wear top coat and thats how it is on the pictures.
For me, the best thing about this polish is that it is my perfect gold stamping polish. I love it and I don't think I will ever find any other as good as this one. You can see a nail art with it here.

O Golden Shimmer, da Make Up Factory é um verniz com um tom dourado claro lindissimo. Um acabamento entre  o espelhado e o foil e uma fórmula muito facil de aplicar e super pigmentada. Cobre a unha com uma camada só e seca em menos de 5 mins. No entanto, ao secar, deixa algumas marcas do pincel. Estas marcas podem ser minimizadas recorrento a um método simples que consiste em passar uma esponja e esfumar as marcas como se estivesse a esfumar maquilhagem. A embalagem contém uma mensagem de uso sem top coat e é exactamente assim que está nas fotos.

Para mim, o melhor neste verniz não é a cor, nem o acabamento. O melhor neste pequeno é a sua excelente fórmula que o tornam PERFEITO para carimbar. É sem dúvida o melhor dourado que tenho para carimbos e duvido que encontre outro melhor. Podem ver aqui um exemplo de carimbadela com ele.






#134 - Golden Beige


This Make Up Factory is again a one coater, perfect for stamping. Dries in a couple of minutes but also with brush marks. 
Este Make Up Factory é mais uma vez um verniz de uma camada só, cobre bastante bem de modo homogéneo. Seca em menos de 5 minutos, no entanto, deixa algumas marcas de pincel. Excelente verniz para carimbo.

    The Valentines Day is almost here and I have another valentines day nail art for you. I was about to do another set of pink nails but I got a bit tired of that, so I went for white based nails.

    I've done some nails that came from different nail inspirations and  some I showed you, others I didn't. This one is another one of those I liked. 

    Já decidiram o que fazer no dia dos Namorados? E as unhas para o dia? Já fiz várias, com vários tons e inspirações. Algumas mostrei-vos, outras não. Esta é mais uma das que eu gostei o suficiente.

    Mollon Pro Hybrid Shine UV Chatoiment Pourpre

    Hello lovelies! How about some gel polish nails today? It was about time I started showing you the Mollon Pro Hybrid Shine UV Colors from the Carnaval collection. Anyway, I have a preview of all the shades in here, if you can't wait for all the posts.

    Mollon Pro has two lines of gel polish. Hybrid Shine UV and Mollon Pro Monophase. What is the difference? Mollon Pro Hybrid Shine UV requires a base coat and a top coat, bot cured under UV (or LED light) and Mollon Pro Monophase line is a one coater line. No need of base or top coat.

    Chatoiment Pourpre et Metallique Francais 

         The Purple UV Color is #58 in the Carnaval Collection and took 2 coats for full opacity. The formula is amazing, slightly tick, but not too tick. Puuurrrfect.
        The LED curing times are 1-1-1-1 (1 min base, 1 min 1st coat, 1 min 1nd coat, 1 min top coat). 
        Metallique Francais  is also a UV polish and has a white pearly finish. Also a two coater. I'll show it alone later.

     O verniz gel roxo que usei é o #58 da colecção Carnaval da linha Mollon Pro UV. 2 camadas para cobertura total. Formula optima para aplicar. Os tempos de cura em LED são 1-1-1-1 (1 min base, 1 min 1st coat, 1 min 1nd coat, 1 min top coat). 
     O Metallique Francais é o nr51 da mesma linha e tem um acabamento branco perolado. Mostro-vos mais tarde, sozinho.



    Stamping was done with a nameless plate and the stamping polishes were Konad White and Color Club Wild at Heart  ( not my proudest stamping job LOL).
    O carimbo foi feito com uma placa que comprei recentemente, mas não tem nr de serie, nem codigo nenhum. Os vernizes usados foram o Konad - verniz para carimbo em branco e o Color Club Wild at Heart.

    Hello Lovelies, this is  the Valentine's day nail art resume for 2014 and also a last minute guide of some ideas to a very fancy valentines day look!

    This adorable princess pink dress has the lovely company of tree nail designs done with Purple Professional. Purple Professional is a Portuguese brand with lots of things you should check out. This year I've done 3 nail designs and they all match perfectly with this gorgeous light baby pink prom dress. 




    Purple Nail Art Ideas - UV Gel Polish - Gel Nails 


    Are you a gel nails? Do you know how to do your gel nails at home? Ever since I found out soak off gel polish I've been in love. If you use the correct brand, it will be be easy and fast to apply and remove and the best part is that it wont damage your nails. What is the best gel brand? Well... there are a few great brands ( and I obviously haven't tested them all..).
    Mollon Pro is my favorite gel polish brand. It's best thing is the removal. Its so easy, I could almost say that is less messier than regular polish. The nails stay intact and undamaged.




    Red Nails for Valentines Day

    The red nails. Kind of cliché but you just can't go wrong with red nails on valentine's day! With or without nailart, you are free to chose. Red Valentines day nails always look amazing!

    Hello lovelies, how are you ? Today I have a gel polish to show you that is one of my favorites EVER, by this brand- Mollon Pro has a huge line of polishes for gel nails. The gel polish line is called Mollon PRO Hybrid Shine UV Color and if you want to know how to do your gel nails at home just check this post.

    Cucu! Hoje trago-vos uma das minhas cores preferidas da linha de verniz gel mollon pro. A linha de vernizes gel da Mollon Pro conta já com cerca de 100 cores e esta é sem dúvida uma das minhas prediletas.     Today's nail polish will be this blue green soak of gel polish called Océan Métallise, from the carnaval collection 2013. 
    O verniz de hoje é o verniz gel Océan Métallise, uma azul esverdeado, da colecção carnaval, linha Mollon Pro UV.

    Océan Métallise is a gorgeous green blue shade with golden shimmer. This gel polish took 2 thin coats for full opacity. As always, base, 2 coats and top, each one cured for 1 minute on LED light.

    O Océan Métallise é um lindissimo verniz de gel  verde azulado com shimmer dourado. O verniz gel necessita apenas de duas camadas de cor para opacidade total. Como em todos os vernizes desta linha, a camada de base, as duas camadas de cor e o top coat, curam 1m em luz LED, cada camada.

    Kinetics Matte Effect Collection - Swatches and review

    The new Kinetics Nails Systems nail polish collection is a matte effect collection. This means that all the polishes dry matte, without shine. If you want to revert this, because you really love the color, just apply a top coat. However, the collection is suposed to be matte.. so...
    Well.. all the polishes are quite easy to apply, the formula is a bit on the thick side, but this is a common characteristic on matte polish formulas. All polishes took 2 to 3 thin coats. Overall drying time is very fast, less than 5. The polish applies shinny but dries matte, so you can see when it's done.

    A nova colecção de vernizes regulares da Kinetics Nails Systems é uma colecção Efeito Matte. Uma colecção efeito matte, sem brilho. Para quem quer um efeito contraste, basta aplicar top coat e fica brilhante. 
    Todos os vernizes desta colecão são fáceis de aplicar, a fórmula é um pouco espessa mas aplica-se bem em camadas finas. Todas as cores foram aplicadas em 2 ou 3 camadas finas. O tempo de secagem não ultrapassa os 5 minutos. O verniz quando é aplicado parece brilhante mas ao secar fica matte.

    KP269 Pistachio Sorbet

    Pistachio Sorbet is the first matte nail polish shade of this new Kinetics collection. The shade is very mint green / pistachio icecream and has a wonderful glow to it.
    O primeiro verniz da colecção chama-se Pisachio Sorbet e realmente parece um intermédio entre gelado de pistachio e gelado de mentol sem as pepitas de chocolate!

    KP270 Salty Caramel

    Salty Caramel is a unique shade! It does not remind me of caramel, but ok. The shade is a bit darker for that sweet. True brick orange is a more suitable color comparison.  2 Coats for full opacity.
    O Salty Caramel tem um tom unico. Apesar de achar que a cor está longe de cor de caramelo, acho o tom muito bonito. A cor assemelha-se mais  a um laranja tijolo. Cobre a unha em 2 camadas.

    KP271 Blueberry Biscuit

    My favorite shade in the collection. This gorgeous purple/violet shade in a matte finish is to die for. I applied two coats for full opacity.
     A minha cor preferida de todos os tons desta colecção. Este violeta é lindíssimo e o acabamento matte com que seca é maravilhoso. 2 camadas para opacidade total.

    KP272 Raspberry Cream

    This is the neon pink of the collection. There is another pink but not as neon as this one. This one takes 3 thin coats for full opacity.
    Este e o rosa mais neon da colecção. É bastante bem pigmentado mas necessita de 3 camadas finas para opacidade total.

    Very Berry is the lightest neon pink of the collection and I really loved it. It took two coats for full opacity and dried matte and gorgeous.
    O Very Berry é o rosa neon mais claro da colecção e é lindissimo. Duas camadas são suficientes para opacidade total. 






    KP274 Lemon Zest

    Lemon Zest is a gorgeous neon matte yellow. It just does not go out unnoticed and I'm sure it will make awesome spring and summer nail arts! 3 Thin coats for full opacity.

    Orly Smart Gels - How Apply - Guide To Gel Nails at Home

    A couple weeks ago Orly Portugal sent me an Orly Smart Gel Starters Kit. I have shown you its contents here and this past Valentines day I have used it for a "hearty" manicure here.

    How to apply ORLY Smart Gels


    #1 - Clean the nail, file it and buff it slightly to remove any greasy from the nail. 

           Limpar a unha de modo a remover todos os vestigios de verniz e usar um bloco polidor para limar ligeiramente a superfície de modo a remover quaisquer vestigios de gordura.




    #2 - Apply a thin coat of primer on the tip of the nail and let it dry for 30 secs.
         -  Aplicar uma fina camada de primer na ponta da unha e deixar secar ao ar por 30s.

    #3 - Apply a thin coat of base coat and cure in a LED lamp for 30s.
            Aplicar uma fina camada de base e curar em LED por 30s.


    #4 - Apply the 1st coat of color, in a very very thin coat. Cure for 30secs to 1min on LED lamp or 1 mins on UV lamp.
         Aplicar a primeira camada de cor, numa camada muito fina. Curar em LED de 30s a 1 minuto ou 1 mins em lampada UV.



    #5  -  Apply the 2nd coat of color and cure for 1min on LED or 1 mins on UV.
             Aplicar uma 2ª camada de cor e curar em LED por 1 minuto ou 1 em UV.




    #6 - Apply a thin coat of topcoat and cure in a LED lamp for 1min or 1 mins on UV.
            Aplicar uma fina camada de top coat e curar em LED por 1min ou 1mins em UV.



    #7  -  Apply Orly Smart Gels Cleanser on a clean wipe and remove the sticky coat! Its done!
             Aplicar o Orly Smart Gels Cleanser numa compressa e remover a goma final.

    • Gel Base coat, by Orly, was the first gel base coat, in the world, enriched with Vitamin A, E and Pro-B5. 
    • The primer and cleanser are also enriched with Vitamin A, E and Pro-B5.
    • All processes cure in 10s on the LDS Orly. UV Curing time is of 1min.

    Anja is a girls name and is a Scandinavian form of the Portuguese Ana, English Anna or French Anne. The Mollon Pro Monophase is composed of 12 girly names.  
    Cucu ! Hoje trago-vos mais um verniz da linha Monophase da Mollon Pro. O verniz do dia é o Anja e é o #11 desta linha.

    Anja is a gorgeous shimmery blue gel polish.  This awesome Monophase gel polish just needs the color to be cured in 2 coats. 1min in LED for each coat or 2 mins. Even though this is one of the last shades I'm showing you, in the monophase collection, this is one of the prettiest colors.

    O verniz gel Anja tem um lindíssimo tom de azul e uma formula bastante pigmentada. Uma vez que pertece à linha de verniz de gel monofásico, não precisa de uma base de verniz gel nem de um top coat gel. Basta apenas aplicar a primeira camada, curar (1 min LED/2min UV), aplicar a 2ª camada e curar novamente. No final do tempo de cura o verniz está seco e pronto. Não há necessidade de remover a goma.
